Do you offer embroidery?

Yes — we offer professional name, initials, and logo embroidery on most scrub tops and lab coats.
All embroidery is completed in Canada with professional finishing.

Processing time for embroidered orders:
5–10 business days.


Can I return embroidered or customized items?

No.
Under Canadian e-commerce policy, customized or altered goods are exempt from return, and MM Smartfit follows this rule.
All embroidered items are final sale.


How long does shipping take?

Processing Time:

  • Standard products: 1–3 business days

  • Embroidered/custom items: 5–10 business days

Delivery Time After Shipping:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Important (Canada-compliant rule):
Duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer as per international customs regulations.


Can I return items?

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible returns must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Not embroidered/customized

Do you accept bulk or group orders?

Yes — we supply clinics, hospitals, and medical teams across Canada and internationally.

Are your scrubs comfortable?

Yes — all MM Smartfit scrubs are made from premium, breathable, stretch fabric designed for long shifts.


Are your scrubs true to size?

Yes — we follow standard Canadian sizing.

If you prefer a relaxed fit or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.


How do I care for my scrubs?

To maintain quality:

  • Machine wash cold

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not bleach

  • Turn embroidered items inside out

  • Wash dark colors separately

This follows common Canadian textile-care standards.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled before processing begins.

Once embroidery starts, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, in compliance with Canadian custom-product regulations.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier.
