Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Tags attached

  • In original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

  • Embroidered items

  • Customized items

  • Washed or worn items

  • Final sale items

  • Items without original tags


How to Start a Return

  2. Include order number + photos

  3. We will provide return instructions

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund at no cost.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for eligible items.
If the requested size/color is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
Customized and embroidered orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
